       National Trends & Services

The vision of the National Trends and Services facet is to eliminate disparities by reducing barriers to services through advocacy, education, and service.

National Trends and Services programs serve as a catalyst for change promoting individual and community empowerment.

The Waterbury Links hosted an Community Forum with U.S. Senator Chris Murphy to discuss Brownfield Remediation efforts in Waterbury. Annually we honor and celebrate female Veterans and partner with our CT Cluster of Link Chapters to Get Out the Vote. Our commitment to service also includes ongoing participation and donations to Dress for Success Mid Fairfield County CT.

In 1975, the Waterbury Chapter honored Marion Anderson, one of the most celebrated singers of the 20th century who was inducted as an honorary member of The Links, Incorporated.
